The Experience
We host a really fun farm experience in our house, perfect if you are staying in Florence or Pisa and want to have a taste of the Tuscan countryside for a day!
You can reach us by train from Florence or by car, we start at 12 pm, with a brief a walk in our vineyards, where we’ll tell you about our grapes and our olive trees.
After, we’ll go to the kitchen garden to grab some vegetables for lunch, which we will prepare together, sharing with you our traditional family recipes.
Our experience changes seasonally
During our lunch we will taste our extra virgin olive oil and at our wines.
The afternoon continues with a walk to a remote little Church in the forest or with a swim in the pool. Our experience changes seasonally, in springtime you will enjoy a beautiful lunch based on artichokes of the garden, in summertime you will taste our delicious recipes with lots of vegetables and in autumn you can experience the white truffle hunting with special white truffle dishes.

Francesco’s experience was our favorite of our Italy trip. He was so personal and every detail was perfect. The food we prepared together was mostly sourced fresh from his farm and the dishes were incredible. His organic wines were beautiful. My favorite was his fresh made and farm produced olive oil and honey. The quality of this experience was top tier. We were so lucky to have this experience and hope to come back. There are few times in life that something is just perfect and this is one of those times. From the start at pickup Francesco is simply wonderful. A big smile and helping hand make you feel immediately at ease. He is a very gracious and thoughtful host and a great storyteller.
The farm itself is so lovely. You feel at home, in luxury, and also as if you could grab a hat and get to work harvesting.
The property and grounds are beautiful and very comfortable for adults and kids alike and the individual touches like play toys and high chairs for the Littles or the sweet printed recipe book of the food you’ve prepared and enjoyed just send it over top.
The wine flows and the honey is sweet and the fresh food is heaven. He is definitely succeeding in his endeavors to create high quality organic wines!
Our only complaint was the weather but frankly a day spent there in rain was still spectacular. Book the experience! No regrets!

Wow! What an amazing experience. It was truly the highlight of our trip. We were a private group (ages 6-78) and it was wonderful for everyone! Absolutely magical day and you could not ask for a better host! Francesco is wonderful!!

Of all the things we did in Italy, this was by far our favorite! The whole day was perfect. Francesco is an incredible host who immediately makes you feel at home and creates the most fun and delicious cooking experience. The wine, the food, the information shared, the venue & views were all amazing and what really made it all was the conversation and new friends. Will be recommending this to all of our friends!

This experience was MAGICAL from start to finish, and most of the magic was Francesco himself. He was a magnificent host, warm and welcoming, an expert in his trade, and a gifted cook who just genuinely loves good food! His house was gorgeous with all the space and equipment needed to cook a delicious meal, as well as toys for our toddler and the other children in the group to play with! Our group was also full of lovely people, and together, we passed the hours talking, eating, and drinking delicious wine with Francesco and his family. I could not have imagined a better experience! If you are in Florence, DO THIS EXPERIENCE! You’ll be forever happy that you did. :)
